Notes:

  • An E-Marker cable is required to achieve charging speeds above 100W.
  • Due to Dell's proprietary charging protocol, Dell XPS 15 (9500/9510), Dell Alienware X14, and Dell Mobile Precision Workstation 5570 may not charge at full speed.
  • Please unplug the cable when not in use to avoid limiting the maximum output power of other ports.
  • Due to MacBook charging identification, it's normal to see a plug symbol in the battery icon when using a third-party charger. Charging will resume as normal after about one minute.
  • This product features over-temperature protection. Under full load, it may frequently activate this protection. To prevent damage, the charger will automatically reduce its power output during extended high-temperature conditions.

FAQ:

Q: Is it normal for the charger to heat up while charging?

A: Yes, it's normal for high-power chargers to operate at higher temperatures than low-power models. This charger features AI-driven intelligent temperature control, maintaining it within international safety standards for reliability and safety.

FAQ

Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?

Energy loss during charging due to inefficiencies in battery cells and circuitry results in a 30% to 45% capacity reduction. A fully charged Anker 25,000mAh power bank typically delivers about 13,750 to 17,500mAh.

How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?

To estimate the number of charges, use this formula: (Power Bank Total Capacity × 0.65) ÷ Device Battery Capacity. For example, a device with a 3,349mAh battery can receive approximately 4.8 charges from a 25,000mAh power bank.

How long does it take to recharge the power bank?

The recharge time depends on the charger's power and the ambient temperature. Using a 100W or higher charger at 77°F (25°C), it typically takes about 2 hours to fully recharge the power bank.

Does it support pass-through charging?

Yes, the power bank supports pass-through charging. However, it requires a charger rated at 20W or higher, and the input power must exceed the output power to enable this feature.

Is it normal for the power bank to display "No Recharging Mode"?

Yes, this is normal. When the power bank discharges at high power, its temperature increases. For safety, the protection mechanism temporarily delays recharging until the temperature lowers, but it will continue to discharge during this period.

Best Charger I ever bought

Great charger. First thing i want to say is the charger display is in English. I love being able to see the wattage things are charging at and it came with a very nice braided USBC cable. I love these chargers with displays. Cant go wrong with Anker.

Excellent Power, Premium Build, and Fast Delivery!

it delivers exactly what it promises. The 140W output easily powers my laptop at full speed, even under heavy workloads, and the multiple ports (USB-C and USB-A) make it incredibly convenient to charge my laptop, phone, and accessories at the same time without any drop in performance. The included USB-C cable is high quality, sturdy, and clearly designed to handle high wattage safely. The charger itself feels solid and well-built, yet remains compact for its power level—great for both desk use and travel. PD 3.1 support ensures fast, efficient, and stable charging, and I’ve noticed minimal heat even during extended use. a premium, reliable charger that lives up to Anker’s reputation. Fast delivery, excellent build quality, and powerful multi-device charging make it well worth the investment. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a single charger to handle all their devices.
Very Good, but I didn't test it at full power

Very Good, but I didn't test it at full power

It charges exactly in the same way that original assus 90w coming with the laptop. I start the test whit laptop at 25% of battery. Charger goes at 90w (maximal power of laptop) during 25 minutes heating acceptably. At 30 minutes was the maximum hot on the charger chassis, but I can still hold easily in my hands. It was not so hot like another ugreen pro 100w that I tested previously and I can hold in hands because it did burn. At that moment, The PD negotiate down at 60-75w until the end of full charge. Resumé: charger did supply the power as requested by laptop as expected. I connected also on usb-c3 my iPhone for a while. The monitoring temperature never reach the set point to trigger, but I think if you connect two laptop on c1 and c2 at 70w each one, it will be very hot and it will trigger temperature protection, but I think this is normal because you are at maximal capabilities of this charger. I like for traveling. I like to information showed on screen. If you hold the screen button for a while the screen rotate 90 degrees (very nice feature because you will get the information no matter the orientation of electric plug). I recommend it.
