FAQ

Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?

Energy loss during charging due to inefficiencies in battery cells and circuitry results in a 30% to 45% capacity reduction. A fully charged Anker 25,000mAh power bank typically delivers about 13,750 to 17,500mAh.

How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?

To estimate the number of charges, use this formula: (Power Bank Total Capacity × 0.65) ÷ Device Battery Capacity. For example, a device with a 3,349mAh battery can receive approximately 4.8 charges from a 25,000mAh power bank.

How long does it take to recharge the power bank?

The recharge time depends on the charger's power and the ambient temperature. Using a 100W or higher charger at 77°F (25°C), it typically takes about 2 hours to fully recharge the power bank.

Does it support pass-through charging?

Yes, the power bank supports pass-through charging. However, it requires a charger rated at 20W or higher, and the input power must exceed the output power to enable this feature.

Is it normal for the power bank to display "No Recharging Mode"?

Yes, this is normal. When the power bank discharges at high power, its temperature increases. For safety, the protection mechanism temporarily delays recharging until the temperature lowers, but it will continue to discharge during this period.

I love it, a little problem

Best battery I’ve ever owned. MacBook Switch. Portable monitor. Taking it on its first plane ride Sunday. Retractable cable is super genius, and great for using your iPhone while charging. The lanyard USB C cable is great as well, but for some reason it is super low powered. It only goes between .2 a 3 volts compared to the other 3 ports that go way higher depending on the device. Maybe it has to do with having to use it as a carrying lanyard too? Going to recycle some smaller packs now that I have this beast.
